  • Tyson Fury returns to the ring vs Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11, fight to stream on Netflix
  • Bookmakers offer odds on venue, 2026 return, and blockbuster fights with Joshua and Usyk
  • Fury strongly favoured at 1/6 to beat Makhmudov in comeback bout

Makhmudov Fight Confirmed

After a year-long hiatus and a brief retirement, Tyson Fury is officially back.

The Gypsy King is set to face heavy-handed Canadian-Armenian Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11 in the UK with the fight to be streamed live on Netflix.

It marks Fury's first bout since his high-profile loss to Oleksandr Usyk in their 2024 rematch and many see this fight as a tune-up for a long-awaited mega-fight with Anthony Joshua later this year.

With his return confirmed, betting experts have given a range of markets not just for the fight itself, but for future bouts and the likely venue of the comeback clash.

Fury vs Makhmudov – Comeback Bout Odds

Fury returns as the clear favourite to defeat Arslanbek Makhmudov, who’s stepping into the biggest fight of his career.

Fury vs Makhmudov Winner
OddsImplied Probability
Tyson Fury1/685.7%
Arslanbek Makhmudov4/120.0%

The odds reflect Makhmudov’s inexperience at elite level, although his aggressive style and knockout power add intrigue to what might otherwise be a routine outing for Fury.

Where Will Fury vs Makhmudov Take Place?

While the date is confirmed, the venue for Fury’s return is still up in the air.

Markets are active for several UK locations, with Co-Op Live in Manchester leading the pack at 1/2.

VenueOdds*Implied Probability
Co-Op Live (Manchester)1/266.7%
AO Arena (Manchester)5/444.4%
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium6/440.0%
Wembley Stadium2/133.3%
Old Trafford6/114.3%

With Co-Op Live the UK’s largest indoor arena, it's no surprise to see it as the frontrunner, especially given Fury’s strong Manchester ties.

What the expert says...
This fight feels like Fury’s reset button. If he’s sharp and gets through Makhmudov unscathed, the road is wide open for a Joshua mega-fight. The Co-Op Live venue makes total sense for this comeback.

Will Fury Fight Again in 2026? AJ & Usyk Rematch Markets Open

Special MarketOdds*Implied Probability
To fight again in 20261/266.7%
To fight Anthony Joshua in 20266/440.0%
To fight Oleksandr Usyk in 20264/120.0%

The Anthony Joshua fight is now back on the table, especially after Saudi adviser Turki Alalshikh publicly stated his desire to stage the bout in late 2026.

A trilogy-closing showdown with Usyk, however, seems more speculative, with the Ukrainian champion likely focused on defending titles elsewhere before considering a third bout with Fury.
