Granlahan has finished 3rd in three large field handicap hurdles in his last five runs and could get at least a place again in this 12-runner handicap hurdle.

His one win over hurdles came over course and distance last year. He has mainly run on the flat since, but did win on the all-weather at Newcastle. The return to this track could work in his favour.

Parkgarve looks an interesting each-way play in the 3.08 at Downpatrick. He has been running well of late and has proven himself over this course and distance. With a 6lb lower mark than when finishing second in this race last year, he could be well treated and is capable of going close.

Under the guidance of renowned jockey Danny Mullins and trainer J J Hanlon, this 7-year-old has fallen to a competitive mark of 77, opening the door for a potential each-way upset at odds of 22/1.

I love the value here as this horse has had success at this track and has a decent jockey on board. She had one of the top speed ratings and is posted well.
