  Regional is still a very capable sprinter as an eight year old and better than Listed class but as he last won in 2023 when he won a handicap, a Listed race and finished by winning the Group1 Betfair Sprint Cup at Haydock he gets all the allowances here and gets weight from his main rivals He ran 4th in the Group 1 Prix Maurice De Gheest at this Meeting last year and this looks a far easier option for him.

  This should lie between Young Doran and Thesilverbridle who both finished 2nd in maiden hurdles last time. However that was Young Doran's first ever race and he has a lot of scope for improvement whilst Thesilverbridle was a former winning pointer and ran in three points in March and April before his maiden hurdle at Wexford last month.

  Rosato is running from one pound out of the handicap here but Charles Weld offsets that by putting up five pound claimer Patrick McGettigan and Rosato was only beaten by a neck in 2nd place at Cork last time off a 4 pound lower mark.
