John O'Donoghue's Irish-trained filly Eastern Queen made an encouraging racecourse debut when fifth at Bellewstown last month. She then faced a stiff task in a Listed race at Naas seventeen days ago, where she was sent off at 150/1 and finished eighth. This race looks a lot easier, and she also has top Irish claiming jockey Donagh Murphy taking off seven lbs here.

Ran well on debut latest, showing signs that there is more to come and was not that far behind today's favourite. She will come on for that race and is at much better value odds than the market leader.

Others have better chances, especially those with experience so this is risky but, she has some good form in her pedigree. Distance looks ideal for now and she is drawn well enough.

This filly didn't show a lot first time up, but that was at Newbury. With a little more wherewithal and with her yard having winners, she can go close.

2 Irish raiders in this event. Trainer Alan McIntyre, small yard from Ireland. Interesting he scoots over to England in this low-grade event, something he specializes in, including on today's type of ground conditions. Each-way play here looks inviting at 33/1.

Risky tip, small each-way tip only. The good odds are the main reason for this tip. Poor form in two runs so far at Carlisle and Chester. This course would be slightly more straightforward than the last two so he may do a bit better here.
